Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak999 platform available at pak999.pro (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and pak999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pak999 website at pak999.pro, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available through them.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a User's Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to the identity and age verification process required by pak999 before processing a User's first withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League cricket competition.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pak999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak999 strictly enforces this age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of pak999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by pak999 for breach of these Terms.

pak999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of such request may result in Account suspension or termination.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on pak999, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on pak999. The existence of duplicate Accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. pak999 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
• Account currency: pak999 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions in other currencies may be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
• Account verification: pak999 may require you to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any point. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal and may be required again at pak999's discretion.
• Non-transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

pak999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pak999 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact pak999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pak999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Article. Any activity carried out on your Account while you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as your activity and will be binding on you, unless you have notified pak999 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pak999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 100 for digital wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay). Minimum amounts for bank transfers are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 for digital wallet methods. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals for KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any applicable security checks. pak999 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing TRC20 exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Source of funds: All funds deposited into your pak999 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pak999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.
• Transaction fees: pak999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pak999 accepts no liability.
• Refused transactions: pak999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where pak999 has approved an alternative method in writing. This policy is maintained as an anti-money-laundering measure.

Bonuses & Promotions

pak999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the relevant promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse: pak999 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the Account of any player who is found to be exploiting promotions, engaging in irregular betting patterns in connection with a bonus, or otherwise abusing the promotional system.
• Changes and withdrawal: pak999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not materially affect any active wagering requirement already in progress.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pak999, including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets, are operated in accordance with the following principles:

• Random Number Generation: All slot, table, and other RNG-based game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including stake size or player history.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers. The rules governing each live game are displayed within the game interface and are the definitive source of the applicable rules for that game.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket markets, are governed by the specific sports betting rules displayed in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, pak999's decision is final.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, pak999 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction. pak999 will not be liable for any losses attributed to a technical fault, and no winnings will be paid in respect of a bet voided under this provision.
• Payout percentages: Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pak999.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on pak999, whether in your own name or in the name of any other person.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pak999.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the pak999 Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your pak999 Account.
• Third-party access: Allowing or enabling any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from pak999.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform.
• Use the pak999 name, logo, or any associated branding for commercial purposes without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pak999's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Article 17.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, pak999 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider or any third-party financial institution.
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, as further described in Article 8.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

pak999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

pak999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pak999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that your Account is being used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• pak999 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

You may also close your Account at any time by contacting pak999 customer support. Upon closure of your Account at your request, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

Where an Account is terminated by pak999 for breach of these Terms, pak999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Balances attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited permanently.

Privacy & Data

pak999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account on pak999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices of pak999 include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• pak999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with licensed third-party payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by these Terms.
• pak999 retains your data for as long as your Account remains active and for a period of five years following Account closure, or longer where required by applicable law.

Amendments

pak999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, together with the date of the most recent revision, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Article 13.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pak999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

Users accessing pak999 from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. pak999 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawfully available in all locations.
